Return & Exchange Window
All requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email info@blankaffair.com with your order number, the item(s), and your reason for return or exchange. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds
Refunds are available if requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval. Original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing time is 10–21 business days after we receive the returned item.

Size & Colour Exchanges
Free within the US & Canada, subject to stock. If your size/colour is unavailable, you'll receive store credit for the full item value instead. For refund returns (not exchanges), the customer covers return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report within 5 days of delivery β€” email photos AND a short video first
  • Wait for our approval before shipping anything back
  • Once verified, we offer a replacement (same item & size), store credit, or refund β€” at our discretion
  • Reports made after 5 days cannot be accepted, as responsibility cannot be verified

Bundle Orders
Bundle discount orders (Buy 2 Get 15% / Buy 3+ Get 30%) must be returned in full β€” no partial returns. Size exchanges on individual bundle items are fine.

Manufacturing Tolerances (Not Defects)
Minor loose threads, small washable dust spots, slight colour variation, natural fading, up to 2% size variance, and texture variation from our 450+ GSM cotton are normal β€” not eligible for return.

Final Sale
Flash sale, clearance, and gift card items are final β€” no returns, exchanges, or credit.
