BLANK AFFAIR – RETURN POLICY

At Blank Affair, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns in exchange for a special store credit code that can be used on your next purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@blankaffair.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In perfect condition
  • With original hang tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging (including plastic wrap if provided)

If an item shows signs of use, damage, stains, or missing tags, the return will not be approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
  • Blank Affair is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

STORE CREDIT (FREE NEXT PURCHASE CODE)

Once your return is received and approved:

  • You will receive a special store credit code equal to the value of the returned item(s).
  • This code can be used on your next purchase to get items free of cost up to the credited amount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Taxes paid on returned items will be included in the store credit amount.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Blank Affair reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our return standards.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before a sale or promotion begins.
